About Returns
Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can. If you're not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
However, for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must include all corresponding parts and accessories, and be properly packaged.
- The product must have been handled with care, with no damage caused by misuse.
- For products involving hygiene considerations, they must be clean before starting the return process.
- If the product was received defective, this must be verified.
We reserve the right to charge the return shipping costs to the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If they meet the conditions, they will be officially approved within that time frame.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products that are not the result of an error on our part.
How do I make a return?
If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate the return:
Send an email to: support@rockwellnyc.com
Include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (in case of damage)
- Your full name
- Address
We will then provide you with the return address. Do not send the package back to the sender. You must contact us first to receive the correct address.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
All returns must be sent, at the customer's expense, to our central warehouse in Asia.
