3. Prices and Payments

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, but generally ranges between 7 and 14 business days.

4.2 Rockwell is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as customs, strikes, or events beyond our control.

4.3 The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.

5.2 To exercise the right of return, the customer must contact us beforehand by email at support@rockwellnyc.com, indicating:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Photos of the product (in case of defect)

5.3 Important: Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (the address will be provided by email).

5.4 The product must be returned unused, with all its accessories, clean and in its original packaging.

5.5 Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.

5.6 We reserve the right to refuse returns of used or damaged products or returns without valid justification.

6. Legal Warranty

6.1 All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity established by applicable law.

6.2 In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, or, in certain cases, a refund, provided that the defect is not due to misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Rockwell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the website.
