About Shipping
We will prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed during the week are generally processed within 1 business day, but those placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.
Once shipped, the order will be delivered within an estimated 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy
If your order is returned for one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout.
- Delivery refused or rejected by the recipient.
- No response to the courier's redelivery attempts when this is offered.
We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Note: In some cases, carriers may offer a redelivery option. If redelivery is refused or not carried out within the time frame set by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.
To avoid this, we strongly recommend that you check your shipping information at the time of purchase and respond promptly to any delivery-related issues.
